Branch records represent the physical presences of the Subsidiary. Users. Instruments and Tests are linked to Branches.
- Subsidiary: The Subsidiary that the Branch forms part of
- Branch Type: The Branch Type
- Branch Name: The Name of the Branch
- Manager: The user that Manages the Branch
- Physical Address: The Physical Address of the Branch. Should be identifiable by mapping systems such as Google Maps.
- Telephone: The telephone number of the Branch
- E-Mail: The email address of the Branch
- Departments: Select at least one or more Departments at this Branch
- Instruments: Each instrument at the Branch must be defined. Further, each test performed on the Instrument at the Branch must be selected. Incorrectly doing so will mean that results cannot be captured. Various other repercussions are likely.
- Instrument: The instrument (first setup the Instruments)
- Serial Number: The serial number of the instrument
- Invoice Number: The invoice number
- Purchase Date: The purchase date
- Interface ID: Applicable only when an interface
- Department: The department in the Branch which implements this instrument. Create multiple records if the instrument is allocated to multiple departments
- Branch Instrument Test Configuration: Select the Instrument and the Tests which are performed
- Tests Performed: Select the Tests which are performed at the Branch
