Once you have created the Calibration Programme, you must capture the mean values for each Test as found in the calibration lot (calibrator) insert or accompanying documentation.
- Lot Number: The Lot Number as indicated on the calibrator supplied
- Created: A system generated date when the Calibration Parameters were created
- Expires: The expiry date of the calibrator as indicated on the documentation supplied
- Calibration Programme: The Calibration Programme which these parameters apply to. By selecting a Calibration Programme, only the Tests for that Calibration Programme will be displayed for mean value entry (in the table at the bottom of this screen).
- Branch: The Branch that this Calibration lots is valid for
- Active: Only one calibration lot for a given branch for a specific Calibration Programme can be Active at any time. By selecting Active, all other Calibration Parameters for for the Calibration Programme selected at the Branch selected will be automatically deactivated.
The mean of each Test must be recorded. If the Test has multiple data points, you can add more by clicking the Add button on the Test row. Click the Minus button to remove the Test data point.
- Test: The Test that will be calibrated. If you are expecting to see a Test here and you do not, go to the Calibration Programme you have selected and ensure the Tests was added to the Calibration Programme.
- Mean: The expected Mean value
Select the Departments/Instrument which the Calibration Parameters apply to and click the Add button.
