• Company Name: The name of the legal entity
• Logo: The logo of the company. Compatible formats are JPEG and PNG
• Registration Number: The entity's registration number
• VAT Number: The VAT (Tax) number of the entity
• Practice Number: The Practice number of the entity
• HPCSA Number: South Africa only - the Health Professionals Counsel South Africa organisation registration number. May be used in other locales but not strictly required by THE SOFTWARE.
• Physical Address: The physical address of the organisation
• Postal Address: The postal address of the organisation
• Telephone Number: The telephone number (recommended use international dialing format)
• Fax Number: The fax number (recommended use international dialing format)
• E-Mail address: The centralised email address of the organisation
