Use the Hospital module to maintain a data store of Hospitals, Clinics or other Medical facilities your organisation collections samples from, delivers results to or otherwise provides services to patients or doctors at.

Fields

• Name: The Name of the Hospital
• Address: The address of the Hospital. Multiple lines which should follow a format which is easily identifiable by mapping systems such as Google Maps.
• Telephone: The telephone number of the Hospital. Recommend using international dialing format such as +27 11 000 0000
• Facsimile: The fax number of the Hospital
• E-Mail: The e-mail address of the hospital
• Wards - Multiple wards may be set up. Each Ward may be linked to a Route
  • Ward: The Name of the Ward
  • Route: The Route
  • Action: Click the Delete button to remove the Ward
