A Subsidiary is a legal entity held by the Holding Company. A Subsidiary may have one or more branches.

Fields

• Company Name: The name of the legal entity
• Logo: A suitable logo in either JPEG or PNG format
• Letterhead: Use the editor to prepare a letterhead that appears on patient result reports and other documentation generated by THE SOFTWARE
• Registration Number: The registration number of the legal entity
• VAT Number: The VAT (Tax) number of the legal entity
• Practice Number: The Practice number of the legal entity
• HPCSAMP Numbber: South Africa only. This is the Health Professionals Counsel South Africa Medical Practitioner number
• Tariff Sheet: The tariff sheet that will be used for cash paying patients which present at a Branch. That is, those patients which are not claiming from a Medical Aid Provider or submissions which are on Account (Doctor or Company)
• Physical Address: The Physical Address of the legal entity (each branch has its own parameters)
• Postal Address: The Postal address of the legal entity (each branch has its own parameters)
• Telephone Number: The telephone number of the legal entity (each branch has its own parameters)
• Fax Number: The fax number of the legal entitity (each branch has its own parameters)
• E-Mail Address: The centralized e-mail address of the legal entity (each branch has its own parameters)
