Use the Inquiries screen to inspect a Requisition, print results or capture receipts. This screen effectively captures and displays all pertinent information related to the Requisition.
Panels (Left to right, top to bottom)
- Requisition Form: Basic logistical information about the Form that was submitted. Click the Edit button to edit the Requisition (add tests, specimen, change Patient and Guarantor info). Click Results to print the result report. Click Receipts to capture a receipt.
- Clinical History: Patients clinical history
- Tests Ordered: The tests which have been ordered, the price quoted, as well as where the tests is scheduled to be performed. If the test has been shipped and has not been received it will be marked as "in transit". Click the more button if applicable to view all Tests ordered
- Comments: Internal and external comments
- Attachments: Any scanned attachments such as hardcopy forms. To add attachments edit the Requisition and go to the Save tab. Add attachments there.
- Patient Contact Information: Patient contact info such as telephone numbers and e-mail address
- Specimen: The specimen recorded, and where they are locate. As with Tests Ordered, shipping and receiving rules apply.
- Guarantor Information: The details of the Guarantor
- Copy Doctor: The details of any copy doctors
- Callout/Logistics: Logistics related information related to the callout if applicable
- Test Profiles Ordered: The test profiles that were ordered
- Chronic Conditions: ICD10 codes listed here
- Delete: Deletes the requisition, a soft delete which allows for recovery
- Departments and Tests Results: As per result entry and sign-out screens
