Once you have created your Calibration Programmes and captured your lot Calibration Parameters, you will be able to capture your Calibration results after having performed a calibration on the Instrument itself.
- Performed On: System generated date (today). It is important to capture your calibration results on the day the Calibration was done
- Branch: The Branch where the Calibration is being done
- Department: The Department at the Branch where the Calibration is being done. If you cannot find the Department, ensure the Branch is configured to have the Department activated.
- Instrument: The Instrument that was Calibrated. If you cannot find the Instrument visit the Branch configuration and ensure the Instrument was added to the Department at the Branch.
- Calibration Programme: The Calibration Programme that was run on the instrument. If you cannot find the Calibration Programme, visit the Calibration Programme screen and ensure you have selected the Department and Instrument for this Calibration Programme.
- Lot Number: This will automatically populate based on which lot is Active for the Calibration Programme. Validate your Calibration results and ensure this number is correct. If it is not, you need to capture the Calibration Parameter lot.
- Lot Expires: Determined automatically from the Lot
The list of Tests for the selected Calibration Programme will appear here. If a Test does not appear here as expected, ensure it was added to the Calibration Programme.
- Passed: This is automatically checked/unchecked based on whether the result and factor record.
- Test: The Test that was calibrated. If a Test appears here multiple times it is because it was added multiple times to the Calibration Parameters.
- Result: The result that was recorded by the Instrument when the Calibration was performed
- Factor: The factor given by the Instrument when the Test was run
- Mean: The expected mean for the Test as configured in the Calibration Parameters
