A user is a person who interacts with THE SOFTWARE. It is recommended that each staff member in your organisation has their own account. Users are tracked and audit trails are generated and reported on. Users should not share login credentials.
- Username: The Username that will be used by the individual to log on. This Username must exclude the target database suffix. That is if your database suffix is "mylab" and the Username is "john", do not create a username called "john.mylab", instead simply create a username called "john"
- Enabled: When checked, the user will be allowed to log on
- Picture: This is the generally the profile picture of the user. It appears when they log on at the top left, and may appear in audit trails and messages
- First name: The first name of the user
- Last name: The last name of the user
- E-Mail address: The e-mail address of the user
- Mobile number: The mobile/cell phone number of the user
- ID number: The social security identifier of the user
- Date of Engagement: The date that the user was hired by the organisation
- Roles: Select one of more Roles that the user is part of. If users are having difficulty accessing parts of the software, ensure they are part of the correct roles.
- Branches/Departments: The user will only be allowed to access those Branches and Departments you give them permission to. If a user cannot see a Branch or Department ensure the appropriate option in this panel is selected
- Mail Integration: These features are not in use at this time
