Use the Companies module to create Companies, Corporations and other Organisations which may have accounts with you. This may be applicable when dealing with Occupational Health relationships or even Doctors which run an account.

Fields

• Company Name: The Name of the Company, Corporation or Organisation
• Debtor Code: The Debtor Code, recommended that this is the same as found in the accounting system
• Physical Address: The physical address of the Debtor
• Postal Address: The postal address of the Debtor
• Contact Person: The Name of the person at the Company in charge of handling the account
• Telephone Number: The telephone number
• Fax Number: The fax number
• After Hours Number: The after hours number in case of emergency
• Doctor: The physician that results will be sent to. Create the appropriate Doctor record first

For Pricing, recall that Tests performed under different Subsidiaries attract different fees. As such, each Subsidiary may have a different Tariff Sheet allocated for Tests performed at the instruction of this Company
